Refund Policy

1. This policy sets out the returns policy for goods or services purchased through the online store operated by Lily-Rose Lashes.

Our lashes are handmade very carefully and you may find a very slight difference this is due to them made by hand, this of course is not a fault. Our lashes are made with love for you.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Due to the nature of our eyelash products for hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, unwanted or just change of mind.

For refunds or exchanges that are damaged  we will need proof of purchase.

Once we have received your item back we will inspect your item and  a final decision will be made, you will receive a email and notified with this decision.

Sale or Introductory offer Items are not eligible for a exchange or refund.

We have the right to change pricing on our website  (e.g. the price, description or availability of a product you have ordered).
