My Order has arrived Damaged ?
Please accept our sincere apologies about receiving your parcel damaged. In order for us to rectify this could you please send over some images of the damaged/faulty product.
I haven't received my order ?
All our items are sent out by Royal Mail which need a signature from you, If you are not present to sign for your items a card will be left for you to pick up from a local Royal Mail depot.
If you haven't received a Royal Mail card please contact us on sales@lily-roselashes.co.uk
